Game Drive Policy for Children
- Please note children under the age of 6 years will not be permitted on game drives. Where possible a kiddie’s safari will be arranged between normal safari times.
- Babysitting can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.
- Children between the ages of 6 & 12 years are permitted on drives at the sole discretion of the manager or guide

River Lodge’s 40 spacious air-conditioned Standard Suites have uninterrupted views over the Big Five game reserve from private patios, and all feature full, en-suite bathrooms with lavish amenities replenished daily. The suites are decorated to reflect old Africa in a luxury game lodge setting. Beverage stations for early morning coffee in suite and minibars for sundowners on your private patio are standard in all rooms. Each of the four luxury lodges has the following: En-suite bathroom, his and hers basins, guest amenities, hairdryer, towels, air conditioner, telephone, room brochure coffee and tea making facilities, mini-fridge and safe.
